What is Omega-3?
Omega-3s are referred to as ‘essential’ fatty acids because the body cannot produce them, therefore they need to be consumed from the diet. The best source of Omega-3 is cold water fish such as; tuna, mackerel, trout and salmon.
What are the health benefits of Omega-3?
> A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart.
> A daily intake of 3g of EPA and DHA. DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Benefits during pregnancy?
DHA maternal intake contributes to the normal brain & eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults (250 mg DHA and EPA).

The best dietary source of Omega-3 is fish, however, a lot of people don’t tend eat enough of it. Taking a daily omega-3 supplement is therefore a great, cost effective way of ensuring you are not missing out on these essential fatty acids.

Customs Fees

Returns and Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy.
We will usually refund the money paid via the method you originally used as soon as possible after request.
Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full or exchanged for the same or an alternate product of equivalent value.
If you change your mind...
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received the item, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Please return the product to us stating the reason for refund, please include your order number in the letter.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If the item is faulty...
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone or email to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We will advise you how to send the item back to us. It is important to obtain a proof of posting certificate and a receipt from your Post Office and retain it until we confirm receipt of your order. We will refund any delivery charges you have paid for this return. If the item is large, we may send a courier in to collect.

If an item, you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.
