Here at Club Vits we offer a choice of UK and International delivery methods to suit your needs. They are as follows:

All orders will be processed the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and the stock is available.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed on the weekend (after 2pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
*For standard UK delivery we use Royal Mail’s 48-hour service, orders dispatched using our standard UK delivery options usually take 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch to be delivered. Subject to stock availability. Please be advised that during busy periods some delivery routes may take a little longer than usual.
International Deliveries
All our products can be shipped internationally although they must be paid for in pounds sterling. International shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout by weight. Please find the latest rates below as a guide, shipping costs for orders over 3kg will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs Fees
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Returns and Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy.
We will usually refund the money paid via the method you originally used as soon as possible after request.
Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full or exchanged for the same or an alternate product of equivalent value.
If you change your mind...
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received the item, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Please return the product to us stating the reason for refund, please include your order number in the letter.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If the item is faulty...
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone or email to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We will advise you how to send the item back to us. It is important to obtain a proof of posting certificate and a receipt from your Post Office and retain it until we confirm receipt of your order. We will refund any delivery charges you have paid for this return. If the item is large, we may send a courier in to collect.

If an item, you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.
